Free assessment
A professional home care specialist will complete a free assessment of the anticipated needs. The process will include confidential conversations with involved family members, physicians, hospital case managers, nursing home social workers and other involved specialists.

We develop an individualized plan with you and/or involved family members.

Meet your caregiver
We will introduce you to a well-trained caregiver or nurse, and we can begin providing services for you or your loved one.

Ongoing contact
To ensure quality, our supervisors/managers continue personalized contacts with the family through telephone checks and home visits. Our managers promise to maintain constant contact with our caregivers, to ensure we are delivering on our promise of outstanding care and/or companionship.

Home Health Aid services are paraprofessional services provided by certified HHAs. They may include hands-on personal care, simple procedures and assistance in ambulating or exercises. Some limited light housekeeping and meal preparation may be performed.
Can a homemaker or companion provide hands-on personal care?
No. A homemaker may not provide hands-on personal care to a client, and companion / sitter / escort workers may not either. Hands-on personal care is provided by our certified home health aides.
How do we get started?
A professional home care specialist completes a free assessment of the anticipated needs. We then develop an individualized plan with you and/or your family, introduce you to a well-trained caregiver or nurse, and begin services.
When can I reach someone?
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our professional team is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and when the office is closed, the on-call coordinator is available by telephone around the clock.
How can I pay for care?
Flexible pricing is available, with affordable hourly rates. We accept Private Pay and Attorney Letter of Protection / Personal Injury.
Can care be arranged for evenings, weekends or live-in?
Yes. We offer morning, midday and evening hours, weekends and holidays, live-ins, and temporary or long-term care, plus short-notice accommodations.
